Kosova Business Forum brings together financial institutions, policymakers and business leaders from across the region. We designed and built the platform behind it.
The forum needed a platform that presents speakers, agenda and partners credibly to an audience of institutions, and that the team can update themselves as an event approaches.
We designed the structure around the idea that this would not be the only edition, so content types and navigation were built to be reused rather than rebuilt.
The challenge
An event site is obsolete the day after the event unless it is structured for the next one. The build had to serve a fixed date while staying reusable for future editions.

Information architecture
Content types for editions, speakers, sessions and partners, so a new edition is content entry rather than development.

A presentation appropriate to an institutional audience, with the agenda readable on a phone at the venue.
