Overview
FixRix sells audio gear, power banks and charging accessories. We built the store and the live integration that keeps it aligned with their Amazon inventory.
FixRix already sold through Amazon, where their stock is held and fulfilled. Opening their own storefront meant the two channels had to agree about inventory at all times.
We built the Shopify store and a live integration that keeps product and stock data synchronised, so the team works from one source of truth instead of reconciling two.
The challenge
Two sales channels, one warehouse. Without a reliable sync, the store would either oversell stock already committed on Amazon or hide stock that was actually available.
What we did
-
01
Store design and build
A Shopify storefront for a technical catalogue, with specifications presented clearly enough to compare products.
-
02
Amazon integration
Live synchronisation of product and stock data between Amazon and Shopify. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm sync direction, frequency and whether orders flow back]
-
03
Error handling
Failure states and retries designed so a dropped sync is visible rather than silent.
-
04
Handover
Documentation and training so the team can operate both channels without developer involvement.

Outcome
The team now runs both channels from a single source of truth. Products no longer have to be entered twice, stock stays aligned as sales happen on either channel, and orders flow to Amazon for fulfilment automatically, removing the manual reconciliation that two-channel selling normally demands. The store was delivered live and working within a three-week deadline the client flagged as critical.
“From the very beginning, the team impressed us with their professionalism, creativity and reliability. The entire project was delivered on time and to a high standard, fully matching our expectations.”
